In the oil and gas industry, pipeline is main mode to transport product can be applied for long-distance transportation; hence some pipe segments may buried underground. Buckling as cause of deformation failure often found at in-service during inspection activity. Changes in laying conditions such design operational parameters, human activity geological movement affect redistribution that lead buckling. This paper presents a methodology integrates results finite element analysis distorted wall pipeline. Inspection reported anomaly cases pipeline, result will used do stress using analysis. Three different within treatment bedding were assessed: on uncompacted soil, with rock bedding, compacted soil. The shows deteriorated considered acceptable when condition further action consideration, mitigation strategy maintain safety integrity pipe.
